refuses to cancel my contract

My contract has been due for the past 5 months, Telkom refuses to terminate this contract resulting in R1000 payment every month due to the debit order. I am paying a thousand of my money for something i am not using.what a *******. I visited Telkom shops countless times where i was told to terminate my contract Online because they could not do it. After my countless attempts to do it Online the contract is still not terminated . This is ********* and very dishonest of the Telkom company and i wonder if they think they will not suffer any repercussions in "*****ing" peoples money.
