Refused cancellation

I requested cancellation on 2 of my contracts. Did the cancellation online and also emailed the cancellation form with ID. All i got was a sms of how many months is left and to cancel closer to the time. *** unprofessionalism is this to tell me straight i cant cancel and they keep debiting. Not to mention that its against the law to refuse.The 2 contract doesn't even show on my online profile anymore I previously won my case with the ombudsman and guess i will have to go the same route as they the only company that don't respond or care about hellopeter complaints
