Refuse to remove my name from Credit Bureau because I did not renew their contract

I had a contract with Telkom that expired on 20 November 2021, on the number ***. I subsequently cancel the contract and asked Telkom to convert the number to pre-paid, which they did. What is disappointing is that they do want want to clear my name from the credit Bureau after several attempts.
