Refuse to refund my money you are *****ing my little money

Terrible service ever ,worst service ever its even hard to get them on the phone and emails. I have been waiting for my refund that is due to me since January 2023 and I was told I would receive as call within 72 hours of submitting my documents till today no one has contacted me I keep calling them and Puleng Diale whom I sent my documents have been ignoring my emails.

today I receive an sms stating i cannot receive my refund because my id number does not correspond with my id what nonsense is that i want my money back.

my first case number was ***9 and my second one was ***3 can someone do their job.

Must I keep calling you to ask from the 26 of Jan till today?

Does your company train your staff because if you did I believe I have sent all documents yet you still require me to send in your system a person cannot attach?
