Refuse to move my telkom line to new address

Good day Peter,<br> <br> I have app**** in January to have my Telkom line moved from my old address to my new address. We are now 4 months down the line and still nothing. I am paying for a service I cannot use. <br> <br> I spoke to people, I app**** a asecond time and still nothing happend. I cannot cancel my line as I am under a 24 month contract and Telkom wants me to buy myself out. SO I pay R1000 each month for services I do not get or that I cannot use and every month they cut my line and charge R800 to reconnect. Despite all my efforts to get the line moved. So why must I pay all these cost if I do not get the service?<br> <br> Telkom suck at the moment!
