Refuse to let me cancel contract

I sent my request online and filled in the cancellation form. I reconceived a sms telling me i cant cancel and need to send the request closer to the contract end date. Its been 2 months and yet i received my data which means the cancellation was not processed. What nonsense is this? Are you refusing your clients to cancel contracts which is against so many laws!
