Refuse to help me!!

So I went to telkom in Kenilworth centre as I tried the call centre numerous times until I got this rude lady who literally got so frustrated because I was asking questions so she shouted at me and then went off in some other language. Then when I went to the store in kenilworth after the 7th time I went straight to the manager because i got three different stories from the consultants who were quick to be like if you pay the deposit of 700 then we will get it sorted. So two nearly three months down the line I still have been told that I have no port available for my area and there is nothing I can do but wait. But I had a friend who went to the claremont branch and received a port in a week. I am truly disgusted by the service of telkom. If i had the option I would never ever use or recommend going to telkom ever again!!
