Refuse to cancell my Contract for over 2 months

Telkom has been my choice of supplier until i have learnt about their unproffesional and cheap way to rob me for money i am forced to pay.<br> <br> * I called in November 2015 to cancel my contract once its 2 year period was up.<br> * The call centre person requested me to visit a branch to undertake this. <br> * I took leave from work and went to a Telkom Branch and lodged my request to cancel, i was assured it was going to be attended to, that i was going to get a call and my number changed to Prepaid, <br> * I was shocked when i was billed in January the \ NORMAL\" price, something i did not want. i called to complain and the call centre kept me on hold , enquired and apologised... yet nothing ever happended... <br> <br> * i called again a few weeks later, I insisted to speak to a team leader who again assured me that they will sort it out... TO DATE nothing has been sorted... I needed my number to be prepaid as this is a primary contact number for me... I am forced to use the Data and minutes as i cannot load prepaid amounts as \" Telkom\" still has it as a contract SIM..... <br> <br> They are robbing me from NOvember last year... may i add that its almost R400.00 extra every month and they think nothing of it."
