Refuse to cancel services!

<p>On May 31 send telkom email with cancellation of my services that they render to me. Its now 2 Aug and still they have done nothing so far. Phoned them like 12x and each time state all is fine will get my final bill. Still they never cancelled it and they keep on increase the amount i owe them! They quick to send me letter to inform me they have handed me over for collection! Still they wont give me amount that i owe them!! Its completely pointless to talk to operators of telkom since they dont even know how there own system works and tells people that all is fine. Meantime they just increase the amount you owe them! Who on this earth that works at this retarded company must i speak to? I preffered someone with IQ above 50 please since others ones just states "iYEs all good!! Iwait for ibill" </p>
