Refuse to cancel service

You get 1 start because the is no option for ZERO. I have been trying to cancel two LTE contract repeatedly over the last two months. I tried in store, got a reference and two day later got a SME to inform me the case is close! Subsequent to that I have sent 5 cancelation requests but all are ignored. You just keep on *****ing money from my account.
