Refuse to cancel my contract!

<p>I have a huge problem with Telkom!</p> <p>I signed a 2 year contract with Telkom mobile in November 2013.My contract ended November 2015!After that Telkom mobile continued taking exuberant amount of money from my account.I called the call centre and I was told to go in the store.Which I did I filled out a cancellation form and I was told that Telkom would switch me from contract to prepaid by the end of March.Its June and that hasn't happened.Telkom still continues taking my money and I'm told it's for the services they give(what ****).I can buy my own airtime and data!I just want my to switched to prepaid.Since April I've had to go to the bank to reverse Telkom mobile deduction on my account.Ive put a stop order but thy so sneaky they still find a way to take my hard earned money!Yesterday I got a text that I'm in "breach of my contract " and I need to pay R1000 so that my credit record doesn't get affected!This is ridiculous cause my contract ended last year!This battle of mine with Telkom has been going on since the start of the year.I call the useless call centre I don't get any help.Ive gone to the store and still no one can help me!Ive never had issues with cellphone contacts before even after cancelling my contract Telkom still feels entitled to my money!!!!</p>
