Refuse to cancel false account
Telkom just never comes back to me. They refuse to stop debiting my account for a service I did not sign up for. I've been to the store twice, they just never come back to me. After three months they are still taking my money. I've put in a stop order at mybank now they have black listed me. Totally unacceptable. ref ********** 7
