Refuse to cancel contract even after paying

This pathetic network is giving me the runaround regarding my cancelation request of a smart broadband contract.

I've paid over a R1000 into their account using relevant reference number. They refuse to acknowledge of the money six days later.

I WANT FINALIZATION OF MY CANCELATION AND CONFIRMATION YOU ******!
