refusal to refund
Bought telkom mobile moderm, does not connect at my residence. Went back to query this they told me that my area is not covered by their network so it will not work. Asked for refund as the moderm will be useless for me to have if it does not work at my place. They refused saying its not their problem. Went to hatfield store also was told the same.
