REFUSAL TO MIGRATE TO ANOTHER DATA PLAN

I fully regret the day I took a data plan with Telkom. I signed up Telkom SmartInternet 3G + 3G nighttime data plan for 36 months at R199.00 per month. Upon signing up, I was advised by Tumelo at their store in Sandton City, that at any time after 3 months, I Can upgrade to a higher plan if the data is not enough for me. Definitely the data plan was not enough for me, it only lasted 10 days in a month. 3 months later, I went to the Telkom store at Nicolway and I was advised that I can't upgrade/migrate to a higher data plan any longer because Telkom doesn't offer 36 months contracts anymore!!!!!! Now how is it that this wasn't communicated at first and now I'm bound to a contract that is not sufficient for me? I'm working from home now and It' really affecting my productivity. I require a higher data plan with more GB so I can work! Its not my fault that Telkom decided they don't offer 36 months contracts anymore. I queried it on their twitter page on Saturday and was told someone will get back to me within 24-72 hours. 4 days later, still no feedback. I must say I'm very disappointed with Telkom's service. Do you not want my service and more money seeing that I'll be paying more?
