Refusal to cancel expired contract

I had a DSL contract with Telkom for the past 2 years. When the contract expired, I chose not to renew it. I made countless efforts to get the contract cancelled, yet nothing was done, instead money was taken from my account, and the contract is still not cancelled. I am now being listed for refusing to pay for services that I specifically said should be cancelled. To anyone who is looking for WIFI, Telkom is not an option one should consider!!!
