Refusal to cancel contract and unfair additional fees charged without my consent

<p>I have had a Telkom cellphone contract for the past two years. I have never had issues with them until I tried to cancel my contract. I notified them of my cancellation in April. I repeat April this year. I placed a read and delivery receipt on my cancellation email. They deleted it without reading it. Despite numerous calls and further emails they refuse to cancel my contract. In addition they have added further unauthorised charges onto my account. This is shoddy shocking service considering I have been a loyal customer over these years. I told their complaints manager if they did not resolve the matter I would post this on HelloPeter today.</p>
