Refusal to Cancel ADSL line
Telkom is doing their utmost best to avoid cancelling my ADSL line so that they can continue to charge me for a service that they are unable to provide.

An overloaded exchange box on the corner of our street means that we are completely unable to connect to the ADSL. After speaking to the technicians it appears to have been a problem for over a year.

How can you charge someone an installation fee and then continue to bill them every month for a service that you where unable to provide in the first place?

Reference Number: 562CWK050215
