Refusal to cancel account

I have been trying to cancel my contract with you guys for months but my emails get ignored. I tried doing it online but got an error message, escalated it but my problem is still not resolved while I'm being charged every month for something I wanted to cancel long ago Please can someone contact me to cancel it for me, I am tired of trying to link the account and not getting success so telling me to do that won't help. Can someone just cancel it from that end.
