Refusal to cancel

Telkom is a ******* to say the least. Dont you dare try to leave. Ive tried online, emails,letters and a personal visit and still they continue to deduct my money. All i receive is new reference numbers to say they are dealing with my problem. I had the same issue about 20 years ago when camcelling a land line. Guess its my fault for not learning from that lesson
