refusal of contract cancellation - distraught

I had opened a contract with Telkom mobile a while back and after 2 years the contract expired and when i went to the store to cancel the contract didnt help me. they are still debiting my account even after pleading with them to cancel. I would really like to cancel the contract because it's not helping at all anymore
