REFUNDS FROM TELKOM

I canceled my contract with telkom om 2020-04-11...you get billed for the whole month and not just 11 days. It's the 1at of june 2020 and i still haven't received my money back for the remaining days. Pathetic service nor does anyone respond to my emails. They fast to take money for the entire month but can't refund as fast as they take.
