Refunds for Faults at Telkom are null an void

To whom it may concern;

I find it very disgusting how bad your service is. It is easy taking from people, but obviously not so easy when you have to give back. I have now tried on numerous occasions and escalations on a monthly basis, but to no avail. When you report a fault the system tells you that you would be credited the next month. Well this is utter *******. I have been waiting for the last 3 months, with the next fault to be credit in line. It is easy to purchase from you, but to actually get hold of someone to assist when it comes to paying back, there is no luck in hell.
