Refund - waiting 6 months

Good day, I have files so many cases wrt my refund. My refund has still not taken place after 6 months. the recent case nos was ***9. I also Hello peter Telkom about two weeks back and they said someone would call and nothing as yet. http://hellopeter.com/telkom/complaints/refund-*** I would like to know why it's taking so long and why no one can give me a definite answer without my logging 100's of cases and repeating myself over and over again.
