Refund requests being ignored!... AGAIN

<p>This is the fifth time I am trying to get the money refunded back to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have cancelled my Telkom fixed line services and the outstanding balance owed to me is R900 odd. I have received several calls from your billing department saying that the money will be refunded in the next 3-5 working days each time with no success.</p> <p> </p> <p>The reference number of my previous dispute is AI ********** .</p> <p> </p> <p>Please can you just refund my money.... This is ridiculous.</p> <p> </p> <p>Note my cell number has changed.</p>
