Refund Request

On the 16/01/2021 I purchased a once off LTE 20GB bundle at R250 via the telkom mobile app. Till this day I have still not received my data - I was told to allow 48hrs and then sent my bank statement to 3 different agents who advised me that they have passed it to a Manager. I called on the 23/01 and was then told that telkom don't sell LTE Bundles via Standard Bank? I don't know what it is but the level of incompetence is outstanding. I am sent from pillar to post. I have contacted my bank who have said they need sort this out but they keep sending me back because it was made through the telkom app! I advised every agent that I just want the data but now want my money back
