Refund Rejected

I had a pocket router contract with Telkom, was charged a deposit of r738 which i was told that i will get it upon cancellation of the contract. Account Number ***. I cancelled my contract in August last year and requested my deposit but i have been sent from pillar to post with no help. I even sent my bank statement as proof.
