REFUND OUTSTANDING FOR 5 MONTHS

Telkom Mobile was meant to refund me for 2 months that I was billed although my subscription had ended, however it has been 5 months and I still have not received my money. I have called the call centre multiple times with just a different reference number being provided each time, with a promise of the matter be escalated. Telkom is literally holding me at ransom and I am sure that this goes against all the Refund SLAs that they have stipulated with customers
