Refund on a double payment....debit and eft payment

I have been struggling to get a refund from telkom,i made payment and they also debited my account.....now everytime i call im being told a different lousy story about the money not reflecting on the telkom system that it will take 10 working days the debit order to reflect...i mean like what it is so difficult and refunding me my R 1500.00..............
