REFUND OF DEPOSIT

I have cancelled 2 accounts with Telkom over 3 months now and I am still waiting for my refunds with no success from Telkom.

I have called severally with reference numbers yet my quiry hasn't been resolved. I think Telkom really don't want to pay my deposit.
