Refund of 3de party agents selling on behalfe of telkom apparantly as per call centre agents

i have contacted telkom for a new mobile device filled in the paper work were consulatnt said he within 48 hours i would receive a sms to say i must make sure for fund to be available in my account for pro rata, i then tried for a couple of days to get hold to stop the order of going through without no success as all the sale people are 3 party selling on behalve of telkom my account was then debited of R929 rand went to a telkom store and no account was created on my name they dont have track of the money eventialy telkom greenstoen mange to sort out and esculated the issue its now been more than 34 days and no respons of my refund i have contacted the call centre more than 15 times to ask they must please call me if they have any news all they say is the 3de party debited my account and its a waiting game for the refund to come and they all work from home there is nothing more they can do for me but jhust log a new call every time i phone please advise on what to do as i am gatvol and dont want to go to a telkom store cause it would nt be nice just because of *********** call centre agents that wont do anything more than what they get paid to do
