Refund not provided for over 2 months

I had Telkom Adsl and I have been trying to get a refund for over 2 months account number *** we canceled our service and firstly your canal walk branch was so unhelpful as they were to busy to have a conversation then help me as a client and then trying to call your account line no answer so what am I to do..I would like an urgent call back regarding this..
