Refund not paid

Telkom is a *******. They deducted money from my account last month. I've been struggling to get my money. I was told the refund was done still haven't received anything. Called spoke Friday spoke to Apseswaho (manager) and Zikiswa they assured me ill get my refund. Called yesterday and today which the calls were dropped on me.
