Refund not paid
Telkom is a ******* and they dont have time to give quality service. Since 23 July 2018 till today 17 September 2018 I have been waiting for my refund. Their system only works on the morning, it goes OFFLINE at 12pm everyday, they never ever ever return calls. The managers never want to speak to customers. They just don't care. This is the reason why I stopped doing business with you and went for MWEB.
