Refund not paid

<p>I called in numerous times again. I've been advised this case was closed on 19th December 2016. And that funds woyld be in the account between 7 -10 working days. Agent after agent is sending emails to the refunds department to find out when this will happen. Sad to say I'm still waiting. How long Telkom? You are quick to debit an account but not quick to pay back money taken. This debit was done in August 2016. We in 2017; I expect the money back in the account today and a phone call to my number ********** 447. DO NOT CALL ME ON THE TELKOM NUMBER!</p> <p> </p> <p>Must we forever log a complaint with Hello Peter before action is taken....</p>
