Refund not actioned

Dear .. I cancelled my Telkom service in August. Unfortunately Telkom did not cancel the service. I request cancellation in September and the beginning of October again. They sms me 3 different case numbers. I received a Telkom invoice today indicating that the service is cancelled and R0.00 is due, however they should indicate refunding of two months ( R649 p.m.). Please attend to the refund accordingly.
