Refund Nightmare

Telkom has given me the worst experience of my life. The debited my account after I paid them cash the day before. It's been to weeks now, going back and forth trying to get a refund. Still today, they are telling me that I must 7 - 14 days. And it doesn't help that each time you phone in, you speak to someone new who cannot give you straight answers. I've been their loyal customer for 8 years and I have never been this dissatisfied. So why should I remain loyal?
