Its 3 weeks and I have still not got my refund after cancelling my contract. 15 mails to Telkom Online, 2nd Hello Peter complaint and 4 twitter complaints. These people feel nothing. no customer service, It does not matter if its online or the store. the worst people to deal with. Pay me back my money with interest.
