Refund my airtime

On 28th on May 2019, I bought airtime of R1000 by mistake instead on R100. I phoned Telkom and they agreed to refund back cash. I was asked to email my I. D copy and bank statements to Mthembe2 and again Mothibk by that time my balance airtime remaining was R854 00 which was taken off. Nothing was done I kept on phoning speaking to different people with no help. Can I please get my R854. 00 airtime cause you failed to give me cash as promised.
