REFUND ME IMMEDIATELY
Since no response was received from Telkom on the previous report dated 4 December 2017, I now once again report that Telkom did not refund me after my contract was cancelled. The reference for the previous report is AI ********** and Keagan advised that someone would be in touch, but this did not happen.
Kindly attend to this as it is unacceptable that a credit that is due to me was not processed and rather kept by Telkom
