Refund me because you confirmed my cancellation.

I received a confirmation email (Cancellation confirmation: ********** 7) from Charles Legege confirming that my number has been cancelled. Please send me a paid up letter and cancellation letter to say the line is cancelled because my account was debited yesterday.

I want a refund for my account for my money because as per the 05/04/2019 I no longer had a contract with you.
