Refund impossible to get from Telkom

Telkom owes us R 282.77 for over a year. Went to various Telkom shops, none of them said they can assist, the people there were extremely unhelpful, they sent us from one shop to the next, none of them does REFUNDS. It is also impossible to email them or call them to get a refund.
