Refund headache

Been with telkom for decades, but the last 10 or so years with internet have been a nightmare. Sadly, they are the only ones who provide our area. After trying to upgrade and being told I had cancelled an order I hadn't cancelled, I finally had enough and cancelled the contracts, and I have moved onto another service provider. However, I have a refund due to me, and they are basically making it difficult to get money they owe me, which is just confusing. I don't understand why I suddenly need to provide proofs of payment. Anyway, I long ago stopped allowing Telkom to mess with my blood pressure, so it is what it is. Only reason I'm writing this is in the hopes that someone sees it, and stays away. I swear the lower cost is not worth the headache.
