Refund from telkom

I just want to know where does this costs comes from? I was without service for more than 4 months.How can you take my money for costs? After how many fault reporting without any response or attempts from Telkom to restore my service. I sent this mail to telkom on 28 June 2022 with no response from them. I was a good standing client for how many years and are very upset how I as an valued client has been treated. If Telkom does not resolve my matter positively I wont hesitate to expose you on Helopeter. Hope to hear from you soon
