Refund for unusable data bundle
It is five months since I submitted my original complaint, reference no.SM162248. Deedee phoned me on 12th Dec. 2015 and said she would get back to me, but to date nothing. This has been going on for 2 years now since the unusable data bundle was purchased and it is high time that I receive my refund. Please reply to me by e-mail.
