Refund for the order that i have never received....and its been four months already
<p>I have placed an order through 10213 for Hauwei P9 lite on the 18th January 2017, of which R199 was deducted from my account on the 24th January, with order number SIH ********** 8003. i have never received the cellphone to date, i called telkom over and over again with no help at all. i am tired of this ****, can i get my refund please????</p>
oh my word, as usual i knew telkom will never keep their word, its being two weeks of follow up already, cant u just pay back my R199 and stop with the run arounds i mean it only took you two days to deduct from my account now why does it have to take u six months to pay it back, i have never in my life experience such a poor service!
