Refund/Feedback
Its the 4th week still no help from Telkom. Twitter/Facebook and i even went to the Eastgate store still no help. Still haven't received my refund after 4 weeks or feedback about my application. Yet they keep saying my query has been marked urgent but yet still haven't received not even one call to tell me about my refund. Like i said before, i will do this every week.
