I requested a refund of the money dat was debited on my bank account while i canceled the deal on the 25tNovember 2020

26 Feb 2021, 01:28I received a feedback that im nt happy about, they that i the account is active with a 081 number that i don't know off, and the only account i hve its the one i went to open at de branch after i cancelled the one i did online were they debited on my account before i receive the router and i didn't receive that router and i canceled the deal but i didnt get my money back.
