Refund

Case *** just want to find out when will I get my refund since 2019. Whats difficult for Telkom to pay me back after follow up of several emails and many phone calls to them I still don't have my money back they don't even bother to answer my emails. I have proof of all the emails from 2019. What I want is my refund I'm really not impressed about the shocking and time consuming service.
