Refund due since 2020

Good day, I have been running around for the past 2 years trying to get a refund without any success. In 2020 March I purchased a laptop online. Debit orders went off for 2 months without me receiving my laptop and thereafter the order got cancelled. Everytime I call I am told that no one is able to see my payments on the system but I have send my bank statements as proof but still nothing has happened up until this day.
